Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

Stickers
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order items
Clearance or final sale items

If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Because we offer blank apparel, exchanges are primarily intended for defects.

We replace items only if they are:

Defective or damaged
Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size sent)

Sizing exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos if applicable.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

PFRD.co is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
